Giorgos Kouvalakis was born in Alexandroupolis in 1968, where he continues to live today. He is a graduate of the Hellenic Air Force School of Technical Non-Commissioned Officers.
From a young age, he enjoyed photographing personal moments and landscapes. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Center for Creative Photography of Thrace, pursuing photography more systematically and participating in the organization's group exhibitions.
